Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse histories and mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in overcoming addiction and enhancing their coping skills.

• Work closely with a diverse treatment team of physicians, social workers, and other counselors to coordinate integrated care that meets clients' unique needs.

• Educate clients' families about the recovery process and encourage their involvement in supportive ways.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with local regulations and Best Practice Standards.

The primary focus of this role is to serve individuals battling addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate clients through therapeutic engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
