Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Shift Perspective, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand each client's mental health status, including emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Designing and implementing effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Providing crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support during difficult moments.

• Coordinating with clients’ support systems, such as family members or other healthcare providers, for comprehensive treatment and discharge planning.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes in accordance with our policies and professional standards.

• Engaging in continuous communication with physicians and other care team members to report on client progress and potential concerns.

• Contributing to the professional development of the team by sharing insights and participating in regular case reviews and training sessions.

Qualifications\n
