Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional client service while working collaboratively with fellow therapists and support staff to meet community mental health needs.

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations, accurately diagnosing disorders, and developing individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s specific context and needs.

• Performing ongoing assessments and documentation, maintaining detailed treatment records and updating care plans as necessary in accordance with company protocols.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions and, depending on your expertise, conducting family, marriage, or group counseling sessions to foster impactful relationships.

• Providing mental health screenings to identify treatment requirements effectively, ensuring that clients receive tailored interventions.

• Engaging in continuous professional development and teamwork by participating in case reviews and inter-team consultations.

• Embracing additional duties as assigned, navigating diverse scenarios in a fast-paced therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including common issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional distress. Your clientele will include a diverse cross-section of the community, spanning different age groups and backgrounds, which will require a nuanced understanding of culturally sensitive therapeutic approaches. Specifically, there may be opportunities to provide support to families and couples, thus broadening the impact of your therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field, with licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
