Digital Content Creator

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Creator based in Miami, FL. We're looking for someone who thinks like a filmmaker first — someone who can pick up a camera and shoot, sit down and edit, and bring a genuine creative eye to every project. This role is built for someone early in their career (e.g; college student or recent graduate) who's hungry to build a real portfolio working across real projects, not someone looking for a standard 9-to-5 marketing job. Responsibilities Shoot original photo and video content — you are the filmmaker and the photographer, not just the editor Edit everything you shoot into polished, publish-ready content Use AI tools as part of your creative process for video/image generation and editing Bring your own creative ideas to the table — we want a point of view, not just execution Collaborate with the team while also being comfortable running solo shoots Manage multiple projects and content types in the same week Qualifications A strong portfolio/reel is required — this matters more than years of experience Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with, a degree in Film, Photography, Media Production, Communications, or a related creative field (or equivalent self-taught experience with a portfolio to prove it) A genuine eye for visual storytelling — composition, lighting, pacing, and narrative Hands-on skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut Comfortable experimenting with AI tools for video/image creation and editing Creative, curious, and not afraid to try things that haven't been done before Team-oriented but self-directed — able to take a loose brief and run with it Nice to Have Familiarity with social media scheduling, content strategy, or analytics Comfortable with Google Drive and basic automation tools Employment Type Full-time, on-site (Miami, FL) #J-18808-Ljbffr
