Our facilities feature state of the art equipment for the effective treatment of a variety of orthopedic and sports related injuries.BenefitsMedical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision InsuranceLife Insurance, Disability InsurancePaid Vacation Time, Paid Sick TimePaid Holidays401k with 4-8% match based on tenurePay Range: $ 25.00 - $ 28.00 per hourResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices and prepare check payments through NetSuite and Bill.comProcess monthly rent payments and CAM reconciliation.Review daily accounts payable inboxRequest W9 forms as neededProcess online and phone, ACH, Credit Card and Wire paymentsAssist with monthly rent payments and Accounts reconciliationRecognize and book prepaid and accrued expensesProcess journal entries as needed and assist with year-end 1099 reportRespond to vendor and landlord inquiries regarding payment statusAssist with month-end and year-end close, including AP reconciliations and accrualsSupport internal and external audits by providing documentation related to AP processEnsure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and healthcare regulationsIdentify opportunities to improve AP and lease-related payment processesQualificationsNetSuite, or other accounting software experience preferredExperience with multi-location medical practices, or leased medical officesFamiliarity with lease agreements and expense allocationsExperience with 1099 preparation and reportingAudit support or internal controls experienceExcel proficiency including formulas, pivot tables, V-lookupsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in workExcellent verbal and written communication skills, andAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment$25 - $28 an hourThis job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at anytime at the sole discretion of the Employer.
