Job Title: Post-Eligibility Specialist

Location: Onsite (Potential for Hybrid Schedule)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Post-Eligibility Specialist to manage and monitor a caseload of dependent youth receiving federal Social Security, Veterans, and/or Railroad Retirement benefits. The Specialist will ensure compliance with Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S. 8-468) and all applicable federal benefit program requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing case documentation, maintaining accurate records, managing benefit-related cases, and collaborating with team members to support youth services. Caseloads may include up to 300 cases per Specialist .

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail
• Document management experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing a caseload
• Background in health and human services
