CareGivers NW is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team! What this role really is In this role, you’ll be the go-to HR resource for our Portland location, helping with recruiting, onboarding, employee support, benefits, compliance, and everything in between. You’ll work closely with ourteam while making a real difference in the employee experience. What you’ll bring Strong communication and people skills Excellent organization and attention to detail A passion for supporting employees The ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality 2+ years of HR experience preferred What success looks like after a few months After your first couple of months, you’ll be confidently owning the day-to-day HR experience. You’ll have built strong relationships with employees and established a smooth recruiting and onboarding process, and become a trusted go-to resource for HR questions and support. You’ll understand the team’s staffing needs, stay on top of compliance and employee documentation, and know when to handle an issue independently or partner with the HR Manager.
