Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments for clients reflecting symptoms of significant mental illness, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs.

• Participate in team-based approaches, collaborating with other clinicians and staff to advance client goals and improve service delivery.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that address both mental health and substance use treatment needs, ensuring continuity of care.
\n
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
\n
• Engage in effective crisis intervention strategies when required, assisting clients during high-stress situations.
\n
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

• Facilitate client access to community resources, building relationships with external service providers to enhance care networks.
\n
• Conduct bi-weekly or monthly follow-ups to assess the impact of treatment and make adjustments as necessary to interventions.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional growth opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
\n
• Be on-call as necessary during and after program hours to support client needs.

Your work will directly impact a diverse population facing mental health and addiction issues in the Memphis area. Many clients come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, requiring culturally competent care that respects their unique life experiences and values. Your understanding of these factors will be crucial in fostering trust and open communication with clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health assessments, treatment modalities, and crisis management best practices.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with clients effectively.

• Strong organizational abilities, adept at managing caseloads while meeting documentation and reporting requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in community-based settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Child & Family Care Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
