Private Equity Accountant, Dallas (90K-95K+Bonus) We are seeking a Private Equity Accountant in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and at least 2 years of experience in public accounting, private equity accounting, investment company accounting, or real estate accounting. This role is also suitable for someone with a tax background looking to transition into an accounting position. This position offers a salary of 90K-95K plus a competitive bonus. The company is implementing a permanent hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities include: Preparing month, quarter, and year-end US GAAP financial statements Assisting with capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations Maintaining accounting records Preparing journal entries for income/loss allocations Analyzing daily cash transactions and fund flows Preparing debt reconciliations and roll-forwards for multiple facilities Resolving complex investment accounting issues Supporting management in problem resolution Handling special projects and analyses Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting CPA or CPA candidate is a plus Minimum of two years of professional accounting experience, preferably in public accounting, tax, investment company, or real estate accounting If interested, please contact Rami Muhanna at View email address on click.appcast.io or visit our website at .
