We're seeking a full‑time HVAC Counter Sales Representative in Frederick, MD who can treat clients respectfully, provide incredible customer service, and ensure accuracy in everything you do. You'll help clients find the right equipment for the job and drive revenue for our local business. You'll be working at our counter, speaking with residential and commercial clients about their needs and delivering top‑quality customer service. Prioritizing accuracy and professionalism, you'll take down HVAC equipment orders, speak with clients about our inventory, and make sure all tickets/invoices are correct. You'll answer questions, explain the benefits of our products, and resolve any concerns preventing the client from making the purchase. Following company policy, you'll appropriately handle returns and warranties. If you run into any problems or unhappy clients, you'll collaborate with our other departments to resolve the issue and ensure satisfaction. Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
