This position offers a uniquely flexible remote work setting, allowing social workers to balance their professional commitments with personal responsibilities effectively. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, with available shifts spanning from 8 AM to 7 PM, providing options for 4x10 or 5x8 workweeks. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy or counseling to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health data to inform treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate the personal and social issues that affect clients, treating problems within the practitioner’s scope of practice.
\n
• Develop and implement customized programs and activities that cater to the social and emotional requirements of clients.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive and emotional health interventions, including crisis responses and timely referrals to community resources.
\n
• Establish and cultivate relationships with clients built on mutual respect, trust, and acceptance.
\n
• Assess the effectiveness of treatment and document client progress in accordance with established protocols.
\n
• Maintain an organized caseload and ensure that documentation reflects all provided services accurately.

• Engage in individual clinical counseling tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned to support clinic initiatives and team goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
