Private Equity Associate - Debt Structure Finance

Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified associate with five or more years of legal experience to join their Debt Finance practice in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in asset-based loans, structured financing transactions, securitizations, or warehouse loans. Responsibilities Draft and negotiate collateral documents, disclosure schedules, and loan amendments. Manage projects effectively and ensure timely completion of tasks. Prepare and review loan transaction documents. Requirements Five or more years of legal experience in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
