Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' psychological conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.

• Collaborate with clients to set measurable, achievable therapeutic goals, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide teletherapy consultation options for clients who prefer remote sessions, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality during virtual interactions.

• Documentation and case management are critical; accurately maintain client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements while ensuring timely documentation.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest trends and interventions in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid state license as a: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
