Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, which provides the advantage of a flexible schedule. Our clinic is designed to facilitate seamless communication and support among team members using advanced telehealth platforms, allowing for effective collaboration on client care regardless of location. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balanced work-life schedule while dedicating time to your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Ensure that all client documentation is completed in a timely manner, adhering to a 24-hour turnaround for all case notes and treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that address goals and progress.

• Engage in case discussions and staff meetings to collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals, enhancing the quality of care provided.

• Maintain organized, accurate, and thorough client records to ensure compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current independent licensure (LMFT, LCPC, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Oregon, affirming eligibility to provide therapeutic services.
