Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and any upcoming appointments, ensuring they feel supported throughout their treatment journey.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized treatment plans that are centered around the client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes for each client in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing technology effectively for efficient practice management.

• Conduct intake assessments, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client’s history, current challenges, and aspirations.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions as scheduled, with a focus on evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client.

• Participate in regular supervision, fostering personal and professional growth through feedback and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, with a proven track record of providing quality care.

• Proficient in using technology, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and practice management software (Pimsy).

• Ability to conduct thorough intake assessments and provide individual therapy sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
