Front Desk Reception
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week (evenings & weekends required) Touchmark on Saddle Drive is Helena's leading full-service senior living community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional service and hospitality. We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. Why You'll Love This Role:
- Be the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members.
- Create extraordinary first impressions by ensuring every visitor feels valued and welcomed.
- Play a vital role in keeping our community safe, organized, and running smoothly.
- Greet and direct all visitors and callers with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer phones promptly and assist residents, families, and staff with questions or needs.
- Monitor emergency pendants and pull cords, ensuring quick responses when needed.
- Perform security-related tasks such as perimeter door checks.
- Support residents with newspaper deliveries and provide light assistance at the desk.
- Keep the front desk and surrounding common areas clean and inviting.
- Exhibit high level of competency regarding Disaster Manual, including emergency systems, nurse calls, alarms and detection, sprinklers, water/gas main locations, trouble alarms,
etc.; - Escort emergency services personnel to location of emergency
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of receptionist/concierge or service-oriented experience (hospitality or senior living preferred).
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
- A calm, patient, and tactful demeanor when working with residents, families, and team members.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel and ability to use basic office equipment.
