Duration: Through year-end, likely extension
Location: 3 Days onsite in Flatiron, NYC (56 W 22nd St.)
Overview:
Seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support Technology, AI, GRC, and Compliance initiatives. This person will help document workflows, coordinate projects, support technology rollouts, manage compliance-related tasks, and assist with AI-driven process improvements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Document workflows, processes, and SOPs.
- Support technology implementations, testing, and rollouts.
- Assist with AI tools, prompts, workflow automation, and tool evaluations.
- Provide administrative support for compliance and governance activities.
- Track action items, requests, documentation, and deadlines.
- Serve as a liaison between business users, IT, and third-party vendors.
Must-Haves:
- 2+ years of Project Coordination, Operations, or similar experience.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through completion.
- Experience with process documentation and workflow improvement.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred:
- Exposure to GRC, Compliance, Risk, Audit, or Cybersecurity.
- Experience supporting compliance audits.
- Familiarity with:
