Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote telehealth setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home. The work schedule is typically Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required based on client availability and needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather essential information, understand patient needs, and formulate effective individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver high-quality counseling sessions to clients.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote mental health awareness and provide coping strategies for clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

• Manage crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention services during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and inform them of available treatment options and community resources that may assist in their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in adherence with both legal requirements and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and a wide array of treatment modalities.

• Proficient skills in conducting mental health assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and team members alike.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfortable with telehealth technology.

• Demonstrated ability to uphold professional ethics and boundaries while providing compassionate care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
