Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Boca Raton, FL, for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promoting the organization’s healthcare staffing solutions. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, create strategic growth plans, set sales goals, and collaborate with the internal team to align operations with business objectives. Setting up and attending meetings with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs, and presenting tailored solutions will be key aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong business development, networking, and relationship management skills Experience in sales strategy, lead identification, and client acquisition Proficiency in communication, including negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills Understanding of healthcare staffing services and experience in the healthcare industry Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Total Care HHA
