Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop personalized treatment plans to optimize their journey towards emotional and psychological well-being.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment protocols as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

• Work collaboratively with fellow mental health professionals, social workers, and community resources to provide holistic care that supports clients in implementing strategies effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our electronic health record system, ensuring consistent communication and tracking of client progress.

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California is required.

• At least two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, with proven success in individual and group therapy.

• Ability to conduct diagnostic assessments and formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to diverse clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
