Human Resources Generalist

FULL TIME | DIRECT HIRE | 2ND SHIFT ROLE

About the role A well established, nationwide logistics and supply chain company is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support its South Carolina operation. This is a hands‑on generalist seat covering the full employee lifecycle: benefits, leave, employee relations, performance, and engagement. You will be the HR presence on the floor when the shift is running. What you'll do Administer core HR programs including compensation, benefits, claims and appeals, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, and performance management Lead and coordinate policies, training, and engagement surveys that keep the site compliant and the team supported Stay visible and close to the workforce, spending real time on the floor and out with the operation rather than behind a desk Run benefits administration including open enrollment, claims resolution, and communications Manage leave including FMLA and other leaves of absence through the company's systems Coach managers and employees through discipline, terminations, conflict, transfers, and policy questions Partner with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention Support safety and HR policy compliance, including personal protective equipment and uniform programs, and help the site show up in its local community Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as business needs require, adhering to DOT and OSHA regulations and standard supply chain security and quality programs What you'll need Bachelor's degree with five years of HR experience, or a Master's in HR Management with two years, or a comparable mix of education and experience SHRM or PHR certification preferred Strong HRIS skills and solid proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Ability to stay organized under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment Strong judgment, integrity, and attention to detail A valid driver's license, with eligibility for coverage under company insurance policies If you want to be more than a name on an org chart and actually see your work land on real people, this one's for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rauch & Associates
