Structural Welders

PAY: 23/hr.

LOCATION:  Port of Catoosa

WELD TEST: 3G MIG/FLUXCORE Open root 3G mig and fluxcore fill in cap.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE required in Flux experience and experience with Skids.
• Must be able to pass a 3G MIG/FLUXCORE weld test.
• Basic Math skills
• Able to read a tape measure
• Must have a firm understanding of volts and amps and be able to adjust accordingly.
• Must follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Must be willing to work frequently overtime.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to perform tasks in hot and cold temperatures.
• Work will include frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and stooping and occasional climbing onto equipment.
• Work involves standing and/or walking for extended periods of time, up to a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• The essential job functions and duties outlined in this position are considered safety sensitive. 
• High School degree, diploma, or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified college.
