Collaborate with executive teams to achieve regulatory compliance and operational excellence.Job DescriptionVP – Infrastructure & Architecture OverviewThe VP – Infrastructure & Architecture will lead strategic planning, governance, and transformation of enterprise infrastructure in a hybrid workstyle environment.Develop and maintain a 3–5 year infrastructure roadmap, aligning investments with business goals and regulatory expectations.Define enterprise infrastructure standards, target architecture, and modernization strategies for optimal performance.Design and govern hybrid cloud architecture, including AWS and Azure infrastructure strategies.Ensure cybersecurity and resiliency controls while evaluating emerging technologies and cloud services.Coordinate disaster recovery architecture and improve recovery capabilities and resilience metrics.Interface with auditors and regulators, leading remediation activities and responding to audit findings.Sponsor large infrastructure transformation programs and manage roadmap execution effectively.Collaborate with executive management, regulators, and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.VP – Infrastructure & Architecture Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop and maintain enterprise infrastructure standards and modernization strategies.Establish governance frameworks for infrastructure platforms and oversee risk management activities.Design hybrid cloud architecture and lead AWS and Azure infrastructure strategies.Coordinate disaster recovery architecture and support enterprise business continuity planning exercises.Respond to audit findings and lead remediation activities to ensure compliance.Sponsor and manage large infrastructure transformation programs and roadmap execution.Evaluate emerging technologies and ensure cybersecurity and resiliency controls.Collaborate with executive management, regulators, and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.Drive process maturity improvements and enhance operational resilience metrics.VP – Infrastructure & Architecture Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required.15+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, with 10+ years in leadership roles.Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure in regulated financial institutions.Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud architecture, AWS, Azure, and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.Expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and operational resilience.Familiarity with OCC expectations, FFIEC guidance, and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large transformation programs.Proficiency in vendor negotiation and stakeholder management.
