Overview
The position we are offering is multi-versed. We are seeking a motivated, organized and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to oversee our rental fleet. In addition, the same individual will assist with Sales .

The ideal candidate will have strong communications and customer service skills, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and guidance. This role requires effective communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily rental operations, including customer inquiries, reservations, and contract processing.
• Document and post daily on social platforms to push our company brand.
• Assist in sales and customer service for the dealership.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring that rental equipment is well-maintained and available for customers.
• Retrieve trailers from our back lot (with a tractor) pull them around for the customer, make sure customer is safely hooked up before allowing them to leave the lot.
• Going over rental trailers before and after each rental customer.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve rental targets and maximize revenue

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and sales tracking.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation Package:

• Bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8 am - 5:30 pm
• Saturdays as needed 9am - 1pm
