Sales & Project Coordinator - NYC

Artemest is seeking a Sales & Project Coordinator to join our New York team in a key, client‑facing role at the heart of our U.S. growth. You will work closely with Account Managers, the VP of USA, and our Milan HQ to win new business, manage quotes, and ensure flawless project execution. Responsibilities Support Account Managers in winning new client projects, preparing quotes, proposals, and specifications with Milan HQ. Manage custom and bespoke client requests directly with Milan’s product teams, from feasibility through final specification. Manage inbound project requests in the CRM, following up promptly to convert opportunities into orders. Convert approved quotes into confirmed, accurately documented orders. Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, building the trust and responsiveness that keeps them coming back. Coordinate closely with HQ’s Operations and Logistics teams to ensure flawless execution, keeping the client, Account Manager, and HQ aligned throughout. Track orders through delivery and installation, flagging and resolving delays with HQ before they reach the client. Keep CRM and project trackers accurate and current for full visibility across U.S. and Italian teams. Support Account Managers with client presentations, proposals, and meeting preparation. Represent Artemest at design events and industry gatherings as a brand ambassador. Look for ways to improve how the New York hub operates as we scale.
