What Were Looking For We are currently seeking anCustomer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be handling a variety of operational tasks including, but not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling, and responding to customer service related issues. Our ideal candidate will possess strong organization and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. Offers are contingent upon a successful background check. Responsibilities: - Provide support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and technician appointments, and making travel arrangements. - Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Maintain office cleanliness and presentation - Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Who You Are - At least 1 year office experience; scheduling and/or clerical experience a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. - Reliable transportation - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations. - Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
