Epic Program ManagerEngagement overview (both roles):Client: WashU – Epic, Professional Billing/revenue cycleType: Contract-to-hire, long-term and ongoingDuration: roughly a 9-12-month engagement to work through the priority listLocation: remote is fine; contract-to-hire candidates may need to be within range to sit on-site as neededInterview process: resume to our team, initial screen, then a 30-45 minute interview with the hiring manager and supervisorSummary:Drives and organizes the operations priority list; takes projects from raw idea through to deliveryStrong project intake, scoping, and status reporting; brings structure and keeps work in a standard processExperience creating and implementing workflows and processes (portfolio-management mindset)Epic revenue cycle experience is important; certification is not requiredExecutive presence and strong communication; can represent the team to demanding stakeholders with emotional intelligenceChange management and communication are critical, not just delivering the build, but building understanding across the ecosystem in partnership with operations
