Events Operations Supervisor

Under the direction of the Sales & Event Manager, the incumbent coordinates all aspects of the food & beverage department, including events. Responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service standards are maintained at all times and must adhere to strict liquor inventory and control procedures. Friendly, personable, well groomed, organized, professional and able to multi-task. Individual must speak, write, and read English. Must be flexible to all days and hours of the week. A high school diploma or GED required. A minimum of one (1) year Food & Beverage supervisory experience or, three (3) years Food & Beverage related experience in a fast-paced environment is required. Experience in overseeing events with 100 or more attendees. Knowledge of Agilisys, Microsoft Office & Outlook and Delphi is preferred. T.I.P.S. and Serve Safe Certification is preferred. Must be capable of lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds, and push up to 75 pounds regularly. Working during weekends, holidays and peak business periods is required based upon business needs.
