Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a variety of therapeutic approaches and interventions as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.

• Specializing in areas such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Collaborating with clients to establish treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Documenting patient progress and adjusting interventions based on ongoing assessments.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention when necessary and ensuring patient safety at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Your focus will encompass promoting therapeutic relationships with clients experiencing issues related to:

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
