This position allows for a fully remote work setting, providing flexibility while maintaining a high standard of care in a supportive environment. Our workweek generally runs from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 4 PM, though flexibility may be necessary to meet the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to effectively address mental health issues.

• Maintain diligent and confidential clinical records while adhering to HIPAA and other pertinent regulations to ensure the integrity of client information.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide cohesive care and engage in regular case consultations aimed at enhancing the quality of treatment.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and available community resources, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Stay abreast of developments in the mental health field by reviewing current literature and incorporating new findings into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Hillside Mindscape, you will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Your role will entail developing strong therapeutic relationships and focusing on personal growth, resilience, and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrate proficiency in using solution-focused interventions tailored for diverse client backgrounds and needs, ensuring a personalized therapeutic approach.
