Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize diverse psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to the emotional and behavioral needs of clients during individual, family, or group counseling sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, developing initial and ongoing treatment plans to guide client progress.

• Facilitate insightful therapeutic sessions that encourage open communication and foster a strong therapeutic alliance.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, adhering to both facility and professional standards, and revise as necessary for continuity of care.

• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary treatment team, contributing to case discussions to enhance client services and treatment plans.

• Manage an assigned caseload, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate modifications to treatment strategies based on client needs.

• Address and resolve client concerns with a positive, empathetic approach, treating each individual with respect and understanding.

• Ensure that patient safety and confidentiality remain top priorities throughout all interactions and documentation.

• Engage in continuous professional development by partaking in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
