Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for:

• Developing therapeutic relationships with clients to foster trust and facilitate meaningful progress toward mental health goals.

• Working independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team to execute integrated care plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and creating dynamic treatment plans, using evidence-based methodologies.

• Delivering individualized therapy sessions and group therapy aimed at addressing severe emotional challenges and mental health symptoms.

• Actively participating in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and improve client treatment strategies.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards, as well as organizational policies.

• Identifying and reporting any safety concerns or adverse occurrences while upholding all applicable protocols.
