Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to collect comprehensive information regarding clients' mental health status, personal strengths, and resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans that articulate specific goals and interventions to meet clients' unique needs.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and collaborate with clients on safety planning as necessary.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with clinical, ethical, and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
