Job Description

Position: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition

Location: Charlotte, NC 28202

Duration: 6 to 12 Months (Contract to hire) (FTE conversion possible, but not guaranteed)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST (40 hours/week, flexible)

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for Investment Services roles, including Fund Accountant, Fund Administrator, Senior Fund Accountant, Financial Reporting Analyst/Manager, Investor Allocation, and CLO Administration positions.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-ray searches, referrals, alumni networks, and other sourcing strategies.
Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies, provide market insights, and support interview and hiring decisions.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, interview preparation, and offer management.
Manage recruitment activities in Workday (or ATS), including requisitions, job postings, interview coordination, offer processing, onboarding, and data integrity.
Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Talent Intelligence, and business leaders to support hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within financial services or investment services.
Experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals, including fund accounting and investment operations roles.
Proficiency with Workday or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and advanced Boolean sourcing techniques.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, project management, and data-driven recruiting skills.
Commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience while ensuring compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
