Onboarding Operations Coordinator

Role Overview The Onboarding Operations Coordinator will own and execute all HR activities and communication pertaining to the onboarding of Philips' new employees. This role is part of the Philips People Services (PPS) organization, collaborating with PPS team members and other stakeholders in the business to ensure a successful and smooth transition for all employees. What You Will Do Owns the accurate and timely onboarding process for new employees at Philips, which includes processing offer letters, initiating and tracking background investigations, and the registration of new employees into HRIS & payroll systems. Supports recruiters and other stakeholders by answering questions or escalating issues that may arise. Why It Might Be a Fit You have acquired 2+ years of experience in a relevant human resources function or a similar customer support-based role, including experience with Workday and ADP. Additional experience using ServiceNow is a bonus, but not required.
