Accounts Receivable Assistant (Part-Time)

About the Job A growing healthcare company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our billing and collections team. Position Details:
- Part-time schedule: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
- Fridays are flexible.
- Compensation commensurate with experience.
- Assist with accounts receivable processing and follow-ups.
- Post payments and reconcile accounts.
- Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding balances.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support the AR team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Prior accounts receivable or billing experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with accounting or billing software.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible, family-friendly hours.
