Accounts Receivable Assistant (Part-Time)

About the Job

A growing healthcare company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to support our billing and collections team.

Position Details:

Part-time schedule: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
Fridays are flexible.
Compensation commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts receivable processing and follow-ups.
Post payments and reconcile accounts.
Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding balances.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Support the AR team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Prior accounts receivable or billing experience preferred (healthcare experience a plus).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with accounting or billing software.
Professional communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
