Triad Machinery is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Human Resources Manager at our Portland, Oregon branch. For more than 30 years, Triad Machinery has been a Pacific Northwest leader in forestry, cranes, and construction equipment. From sales to service, parts to administration, our team members are the lifeblood of the Triad Machinery family.

Job Overview

All aspects of recruitment and hiring processes

On-boarding and off-boarding processes

Employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors, investigating and resolving any employee concerns

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Identifies and coordinate company-level training requirements

Maintains accurate applicant and employee records

Assists employees with all benefit programs, coordinating the benefits open enrollment cycle

Manages the full-cycle, semi-monthly payroll process.

Job Qualifications

4 Year College Degree, Human resource Management or related field

Prefer 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management role

Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR credential is a plus

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others

This is an in-office position with occasional travel
