The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the accounting and fiscal management of multiple funding sources, including state, grant, and sales & service funds (e.g., concert ticket revenue). Serving as the primary financial advisor to the FAO, the Analyst conducts detailed budget analysis, prepares meaningful financial reports, provides comprehensive budget information, and supports long-range financial planning for all five departments. Additional responsibilities include serving as the HR/Payroll Coordinator for staff and student employment across all departments and providing payroll guidance to Academic Coordinators. The Analyst also supports operational functions of the Performing Arts Administration office, including space and key management. The Analyst serves as a resource on University financial and administrative policies, promotes best practices, and provides backup support to team members as needed.The full salary range for this position is $70,824.96 - $103,585.68 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
