PBGH currently has a great opportunity for a Product Development Manager. The Product Development Manager will coordinate and manage the development and approval needs for our brands. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Create and manage time and action calendar
Create and manage sample fabric tracking chart
Source new fabrics for design
Maintain fabric and trim library
Communicate daily with overseas vendors, mills, factories and sample rooms
Create line lists
Request samples from vendors as needed
Make bulk approval comments on lab dips, strike offs, fabrics and trims
Maintain product approvals library
Resolve development and bulk production issues
Adjust to changing business needs/priorities
Understanding of market trends
Attend all relevant department, brand and cross-functional meetings
Lead cross functional meetings and follow up on issues
Liaise with design, fabric R&D, production, and sales
