Digital Sales Outbound Senior Associate

Overview Drive new revenue by making outbound calls to prospective and existing small and mid-market business customers, uncovering their business needs, and selling QuickBooks and adjacent cloud-based products. This role works both outbound prospecting and inbound demand, and carries an individual monthly revenue quota. Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to assigned prospect and customer lists, working from a dialer and CRM-driven call plan Hold approximately 10–12 customer appointments per day, running discovery to understand the customer's business, current tools, and pain points Sell across a multi-product cloud-based portfolio, recommending the right solution rather than defaulting to a single SKU Handle inbound sales inquiries in addition to outbound activity, adapting approach based on where the customer is in their buying process Achieve or exceed monthly revenue quota and activity expectations (dials, talk time, appointments held, conversion) Overcome objections and re-engage prospects across multiple touchpoints; consistently follow up on open opportunities rather than working only fresh leads Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions, opportunity stages, and next steps in Salesforce Navigate multiple systems concurrently during live calls (CRM, dialer, product and pricing tools, order entry) Partner with your manager and peers in coaching sessions, call reviews, and Power Hour blocks; apply feedback to live calls Stay current on product releases, pricing, promotions, and competitive positioning Qualifications Required 1+ year of sales experience, preferably outbound calling, telesales, or call centre sales Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong conversational skills — able to build rapport quickly by phone, ask good questions, and listen Comfortable working multiple applications simultaneously while on a live call Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly Able to work a consistent full-time schedule and sustain high daily call volume High school diploma or GED Preferred Salesforce or comparable CRM experience Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based products Experience selling to small business owners, bookkeepers, or accountants Familiarity with QuickBooks or small business accounting workflows Multi-product or solution-selling background Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
