Job Summary

Elevate the premium experience to unforgettable heights. The Suites Manager will oversee all premium hospitality areas, ensuring exceptional service delivery and seamless event execution. This role will drive operational excellence, enhance guest satisfaction, and lead teams to deliver best-in-class premium experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years of experience in premium hospitality, suites, or high-end food & beverage operations
• Experience with POS systems and event management platforms
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee premium areas including suites, clubs, and VIP spaces
• Coordinate event setup, service, and breakdown for premium offerings
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety and service standards
• Collaborate with culinary and operations teams
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service issues
