Sales Consultant / Backup Finance Manager
Kolar Automotive Group is expanding and is excited to welcome new team members to our brand-new, state-of-the-art Hyundai dealership in Duluth. We are currently hiring for a Sales Consultant / Backup Finance Manager who is motivated, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a company that has proudly served the community for over 50 years.

Our sales department hours are designed to provide a great work-life balance: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM with no Sundays.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering the dealership showroom or sales lot and provide assistance
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking questions and understanding their needs
- Perform professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Explain product performance, features, and available options
- Sell finance and insurance products using a menu-based approach
- Structure deals and assist with credit decisions when needed
- Ensure all necessary documentation for each deal is complete and compliant
- Maintain product knowledge
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer experience
- Support the sales team and report to management regarding goals and performance
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales, finance, or management experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with high energy throughout the workday
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Goal-driven with strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and systems
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
