Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Prospect and cultivate self-generated sales leads; Build long-term client relationships and grow your referral base.Manage the full sales cycle relationship: greet clients, perform test drives, structure deals, delivery, and service after-the-sale.Stay up to date on inventory, features, and promotions to maximize every opportunity.Deliver a customer experience that earns repeat business.Hit and exceed sales goals to grow both your income and your career.Abide by company policy and departmental best practices and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedPrior to being employed, applicants for employment must participate in the Dealership’s normal screening process which includes: completing a full employment application; satisfactory criminal, credit and driving records checks (where applicable); in-person interviews and other inquiries.Shifts vary; Dealership operates Monday – Saturday; Scheduling may require weekends before/after business hours.Excellent communication, customer service, and sales closing skills.Basic comprehension, problem-solving skills and mathematical skills using American units of measure.High school diploma or the equivalent and authorized to work in the USA for any employer.All applicants must have a current and valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and must be insurable.Other Requirements:Physical demands include: frequently position body and move in order to greet clients and explain vehicle features; drive vehicles; traverse dealership property; detect and identify vehicle issues and safety concerns; exert force to move/manipulate objects (up to 20lbs occasionally, 10lbs frequently); operate equipment; repetitive motion.Work is conducted in a multi-level Dealership environment, inside, outside, on public and private roadways, and in proximity to moving vehicles and equipment in a shop environment with potential exposure to varying weather conditions, loud *noises and various industrial *chemicals.Please note: Employees are trained in protocols, proper material/chemical handling and provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with OSHA standards.
