Description This contract, on‑site position offers a unique opportunity to provide critical care in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring the health and safety of our community during the night hours. As a Locum MD/DO in Emergency Medicine, you will be at the forefront of patient care, diagnosing and treating a variety of medical conditions in a dynamic setting. This role is essential in supporting our staffing needs and maintaining the continuity of care for our patients. Responsibilities Provide emergency medical care to patients in a timely manner Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients Administer appropriate treatment and medications Collaborate with nursing staff and other medical professionals Document patient care activities accurately in medical records Respond to emergencies and critical situations effectively Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care Adhere to hospital protocols and procedures at all times Requirements Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree Valid medical license to practice in the state of operation Prior experience in emergency medicine preferred Strong clinical and decision‑making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure Commitment to providing high‑quality patient care Flexibility to work night shifts as required Schedule: 7p‑7a, specific dates Annual Volume: 32,000 patients Support Staff: PAs EMR: Meditech Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses #J-18808-Ljbffr Rinvio Recruitment
