Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psycho-social assessments and form dynamic treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Diagnose and address a wide range of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders while updating treatment plans to reflect changes in client progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies, providing necessary referrals for specialized services such as psychiatric evaluations or support groups.

• Prioritize tasks effectively by assessing the needs of new, current, and transitioning patients to ensure timely and appropriate care delivery.

• Assist in developing discharge plans in collaboration with the care team, ensuring a smooth transition to aftercare services.

• Provide crisis interventions, bereavement support, and other essential social work consultations to clients and families as needed.

• Advocate for clients to facilitate clear communication among healthcare providers and resources.

• Participate in peer-review and credentialing processes to ensure adherence to state and clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work primarily with adults and adolescents facing a variety of psychological challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, you will have the opportunity to earn a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. We offer flexible working hours, allowing you to schedule your sessions at your convenience.
