Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain a clear understanding of clients' challenges, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans that address their specific needs.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive change and therapeutic progress.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support, ensuring that clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies receive the care they need in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, session notes, and assessment findings in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, offering between $85,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
