Customer Service Representative Principle Responsibilities: Process customer orders received through email, webstore, customer portals, and phone inquiries while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers by responding to questions, resolving concerns, and providing order, pricing, and shipping information. Manage customer accounts, quotations, returns (RMAs), and related documentation within BAPI's CRM and business systems. Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities, including export documentation, freight inquiries, shipment tracking, and delivery support. Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and customer portal information to support efficient operations. Collaborate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other departments to meet customer needs and continuously improve the customer experience. Requirements Customer Service Representative Skills and Knowledge Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Previous customer service, administrative, sales support, or office experience preferred Proficient with Data entry - accuracy and speed Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn multiple computer systems and software programs Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Building Automation Products, Inc.
