What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our growing construction division. You’ll oversee job estimates, pre-listing repair projects, manage day-to-day field operations, and work closely with our construction and operation teams to keep everything running smoothly. This isn’t just a job – it’s a launchpad for your career. Here’s what you’ll take on: Schedule and Coordinate : Plan material orders and subcontractor schedules to meet project demands. Project Oversight : Manage project goals, timelines, and budgets. Client Management : Keep clients in the loop with clear, professional communication about schedules and any project changes. Track Progress : Maintain up-to-date schedules reflecting material deliveries, contractor timelines, and project changes to ensure deadlines and budgets are met. Build Relationships : Foster strong partnerships with subcontractors and vendors through fairness and professionalism. Quality Control : Oversee punch lists and ensure every detail is addressed for a successful project closeout. What You’ll Bring Construction Savvy : Hands-on knowledge of general construction principles and key trades like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, flooring, and painting. **Pricing experience is a plus! Organizational Wizardry : Proven ability to manage multiple projects and juggle deadlines like a pro. Exceptional Communicator : Stellar interpersonal and organizational skills to keep teams and clients aligned. Experience : 1-3 years in construction or a related role, with a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
