Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to understand clients’ social, emotional, and psychological needs, forming the basis for tailored interventions.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, to address various challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that align with client goals, ensuring measurable progress and satisfaction.

• Act as a strong advocate for clients, ensuring their rights are respected and helping them gain access to necessary community resources and services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
