Work Environment\n

This full-time position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home while connecting with clients across various geographical locations. You will typically work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, leveraging established evaluation techniques and diagnostic tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address specific client goals and challenges, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed for optimal outcomes.

• Deliver therapy using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, to guide clients toward sustainable recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Active clinical license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
